How to access the property

The property is accessed by picking up the key from the Wapping Lane Supermarket. You will
need to provide the pick up code to the staff at the counter who will then hand you the keys.

Arriving at the property

When you have picked the keys up , progress to where Domino's Pizza on Artichoke Hill meets the
Highway. Walk down the hill and 10 meters on your right is the gated entrance to 2 Artichoke Hill.
Walk up the short slope to the main door, use the key fob to enter. Take the lift to the fourth floor
and flat 19 is just in front of you and to the left when you leave the lift.

Heating and air conditioning

Heating is effective by Storage heaters.
There is no Air Conditioning. Cooling of the property can be achieved by opening both balcony
doors but please ensure they are secured using the clips to the walls as they will blow shut with the
draft.

Hot water should be available from the boiler

Electricity
Please ensure both the red buttons on the fuse box are set to on to provide the electricity. Please
switch both off when leaving the property.

All appliances are in good working order

Rubbish
Please leave all rubbish neatly in bins provided within the property.
Bin location
Bin location is in the basement to be accessed by the cleaners only.

Lights, heating and air conditioning

Turn off all lights and heating when you leave the property each day and upon check out.
