Procedure of Incorporation of LLP

Process of Registration of LLP

1. Obtain Digital Signature,


2. Apply for reservation of name - LLP-RUN (Limited Liability Partnership-Reserve
Unique Name) is filed for the reservation of name of proposed LLP which shall be
processed by the Central Registration Centre under Non-STP.
3. File Form FiLLip (Form for incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership) which
shall be filed with the Registrar who has a jurisdiction over the state in which the
registered office of the LLP is situated.
4. File Limited Liability Partnership Agreement within 30 days from the date of
incorporation.

Documents Required for LLP Formation

1. Company mail ID and Contact Number


2. PAN Card or ID Proof of partners,
3. Address proof of partners (Voter’s ID, Passport, Driver’s license or Aadhar Card),
4. Residence Proof of Partners (Latest bank statement, telephone bill, mobile bill,
electricity bill or gas bill)
5. Passport size Photograph, mail ID and Contact Number of Partners,
6. Proof of registered office address (latest Electricity Bill and NOC),
7. Business activities to be carried out by the LLP on incorporation.
