We are looking for an amazing E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our
team.
Who are we looking for?
• Solid experience in email marketing with a deep understanding of e-commerce and e-
commerce platforms. Previous work with Shopify is a significant plus
• A strong analytical approach with the ability to understand data and translate it into
actionable business strategies
• Someone who naturally identifies issues or inefficiencies and is driven to develop and
apply effective solutions
• Independent with a strong initiative, capable of leading projects and driving progress
without constant guidance
• A degree in a relevant analytical field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related
disciplines is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of thriving under pressure
in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• A continuous drive to refine processes, address inefficiencies, and enhance the overall
customer experience through attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen our Shopify website’s infrastructure to ensure it can handle
increasing traffic efficiently
• Create, implement and oversee comprehensive email marketing funnels and campaigns,
from basic setups to advanced, targeted strategies
• Regularly update and optimize email marketing funnels to ensure maximum engagement
and effectiveness
• Perform detailed competitive analysis and lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
initiatives to continuously improve website performance
• Study and execute media buying strategies on platforms such as Facebook and Google,
managing campaigns on these platforms to drive more targeted traffic to our website
• Manage and enhance our customer rewards program, aligning it with broader
engagement strategies
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified and robust e-commerce strategy
• Maintain and potentially expand our presence on other platforms like Etsy and eBay,
ensuring stable operations and exploring avenues for growth
