Dear home seller,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere interest in buying your

wonderful home located at 1005 Dakota Street. You told us you were the first
owners of the property, back when it was just a field, clearly it means something
more to you than just a house. As my parents and I visited the place, we were very
happy with how well the property had been maintained. We believe that your
property aligns well with what we have been searching for. We especially like the
nice high fences that are great for raising a puppy in.

My family, friends and I have been searching for a place where we can live
together comfortably and I believe your home would be a perfect fit. I’m a 21 year
old university student studying nutrition at the U of M as well as my two friends
who are planning on moving in with me. One is studying criminology and the other
is studying marketing. We all grew up in St. Vital, all went to Glenlawn Collegiate
and have known each other for the majority of our lives.

I also have to mention that I couldn’t be doing any of this if it wasn’t for my
generous family helping me out with the down payment. Starting with my father’s
parents, my mother’s mom, uncle and my parents.

We love your beautiful property and hope that we can make your home our home
for many years to come.
