The most important thing for us is that our teams
provide support and confidence for the continuous
supply of electrical power when needed, either in the
event of a failure in the commercial grid (emergency
use) or in the need to generate power without relying on
the commercial grid (continuous use). In our power
plants, we use engines and generators from the best
brands in the market, which also have the support of
over 10 years in spare parts to ensure that preventive
and corrective maintenance is carried out with original
factory parts.
Our equipment is fitted with Perkins or Cummins
engines and Stamford generators, connected through
flexible steel discs to form a single unit, ensuring proper
alignment. It is mounted on a steel base that integrates
the fuel tank with a minimum backup of 8 hours of
continuous operation.

The generator is a three-phase alternating current
generator (can be connected as bifasic),
manufactured by Stamford, built according to
NEMA standards, with Class H insulation for humid
environments, marine environments, and corrosive
conditions. It is suitable for minimal maintenance as
it does not have slip rings, commutators, or
brushes, and its regulation is completely static
without parts subject to friction.
The power plant can be supplied open or with a
soundproof enclosure to reduce the noise emitted
by the equipment.

Accessories included in our equipment are:

• 2 Heavy-duty 12V service batteries.

The plant is equipped with a microprocessor from the
Deepsea brand for the protection of the engine-
generator and monitoring of parameters from the
commercial grid. The control module operates
automatically upon detecting a fault or absence in the
commercial grid; it starts the engine, and when the
parameters stabilize, which on average takes 12
seconds (voltage, frequency, temperature, and oil
pressure), the transfer is activated to supply power
from the generator to the load. When the commercial
grid returns, the control signals for transferring the load
back to the commercial grid.
We have different control modules depending on the
application, whether it be manual, automatic, open
transition, or closed transition.

The warranty is for 12 months or 1000 operating hours,
whichever occurs first. We also offer warranty

Soundproof enclosures can be manufactured as
integrated units to form a single piece with different
levels of attenuation (78 dB at 7 meters as standard).
