Conduct of 2020 In-Service Training (INSET)

TO: Heads of Elementary and Secondary Schools

DepEd-District of Libacao, Aklan

1. In consonance to the Aklan DepEd-Division Memorandum No. 280, s. 2020,

every public school of the DepEd-District of Libacao, Aklan shall conduct the
In-Service Training (INSET) for Teachers on December 14-19, 2020. It shall
be both division-led (December 14-15, 2020) and school-based (December
16-19, 2020) for flexibility and to appropriately respond to the varying needs of
teachers in the different schools of this District.

2. It is advised that at the school level, the selection of InSet topics should be
based on the suggestions provided in Memorandum OUCI-2020-307.

3. Participants to this activity are all the school heads and teachers of both the
elementary and secondary levels at the DepEd-District of Libacao, Aklan, and
that the participation of private school teachers to this activity is optional;

4. The lunch and snacks of participants for the last four (4) days of this InSet
may be charged by the non-IU schools to their CY 2021 MOOE and to be
stipulated in the 2021 AIP; whereas on the part of the IU schools, these
expenses may be paid within the year if funds are still available. If not, they
may, likewise, charge these to their CY 2021 MOOE.

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is desired.
