Summary of Strengths and Areas of Possible Growth

Two areas for possible growth for me are: Analyzing data as a school, and communicating with families and the
larger community. As a school we only spend 1 day a year looking at data from the whole school. I would like to
advocate more meetings set aside to look at and share school wide trends that emerge to gain a greater
understanding of our academic success rates. I would also like to work on communicating with the families more. I
do not often reach out to families or the community because I have no serious need. To involve the families I want
to start a volunteer program where parents can come and help in the art room as aids like they do in the core
classrooms. I need to establish more clear roles for parent involvement in my classroom.

My biggest strength is supporting teachers in professional development. I lead a cohort for credentialing and meet
frequently with my peers to support them. I also troubleshoot and lead ACSI professional development logistics
for the elementary staff.
