Getting help when you need it, at any time – with no need to claim?
As well as providing you with great cover, your policy gives you and those closest to you access to these great
additional services – all without needing to make a claim.
With Bupa Anytime Healthline, you can speak to an experienced Bupa nurse about any type of health query,
day or night. Each call to the Healthline can last as long as you want, and everything you say will be in
complete confidence.
You can call 24/7, 365 days a year. So long as you have your Aviva policy, a Healthline nurse will be at the
end of the phone whenever you – or you family - need them.

The life covered, their partner/spouse and any dependent children.
Life can be tough sometimes so it can help if you have someone you can turn to. Workplace Options provides
short-term counselling and carer support either face to face or via the telephone, giving help with:
- Mental wellness issues such as bereavement, work-related stress and relationship breakdown
- Facing the challenges that come with being a carer
Lines are open 24/7 giving you the option to call day or night, with qualified counsellors ready to help and
identify skills, strengths and resources you could use to help you cope.

If you, or a member of your family, have been diagnosed with a medical condition you can call Best Doctors.
A team of experts will then start working with medical specialists from around the world to evaluate your
diagnosis and treatment options. Best Doctors provides help with everyday conditions such as eczema or
migraines which cause significant discomfort in day-to-day life, to more serious life-threatening illnesses.
Available to call 24/7, one of Best Doctors' medical professionals will be assigned to your case and be on hand
to support and update you throughout the process.
