Application for Seeking exemption from personal appearance of

accused Naresh Dhadwal for today

Madam,

The accused/applicant respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the above titled case is pending in this Hon'ble Court and is
fixed for today.
2. That the accused/applicant is an retired army person and has went to
attend annual raising function at Gandhi Nagar, Gujrat. Copy of the
function details and railway tickets are attached herewith.
3. That the applicant/accused has no objection if the examination of
witness are conducted in his absence.
4. That the absence of the accused/applicant is neither willful nor
intentional but due to the above stated circumstances.

It is therefore very respectfully prayed that in view of the

above mentioned circumstances the presence of the
accused/applicant may please be exempted for today, in the interest
of justice.
