    Akinfolarin Omotayo with Matriculation Number 150409019.
    I hereby write to request for the upgrading of CSC 211 score from 34F to 40E for
    AKIN-JIMSON Akinfolarin Omotayo a student in Physics and Electronics
    Department with Matriculation Number 150409019. CSC 211 is the only
    outstanding course preventing the student from graduating.
    I will very grateful if this request is approved so that this student can graduate this
    year.
