English I enjoy English, I like reading and feel I feel like where I am at now is pretty good, I
like I am at an intermediate level.
Mathematics I like maths, but sometimes it can get
confusing so I think I am at a mix
between beginner and intermediate
level
Science I love science I like to create
experiments and learn about how the
earth works. In Science, I feel at an
intermediate level
History/ I like history, because I get to learn
Geography about ancient places and the holocaust
because it was cool. I’m confident I am
in intermediate for history same with
geography.
I don’t mind PHPE, but its not really
PDHPE my strong suite but its okay I think I
may be intermediate because I’m not
good at it but I’m not terrible at it.
Where do I want to be?

I would like become fully confident that I am in
intermediate level in maths.
I would like to be in the advanced for Science I
think it would be fun
I think I would like to be advanced because I
love learning about historical things that have
happened in the past and I like learning about
geographical places.
I would like to stay in intermediate because I
feel most comfortable in that area.
How will I get there?
This allows you to work in collaboration with each of your
teachers to work out a few strategies that could help you to
improve.
I will read, do the homework and try and contribute in
class conversations as much as I can and read more than
just the books assigned in class so I can improve my
vocabulary
To help me get to an intermediate level I will listen
carefully, raise my hand/ask my teacher if something is
confusing me in the work we are assigned to do.
To help me be advanced in Science I would listen in class,
do the homework when I get it, contribute in class and help
my peers in class experiments
I would hand in work as soon as possible, listen carefully
in class, hand in homework when its due and spend my
time wisely during class
I would contribute in class discussions, Submit work on
time and spend my time in class appropriately
 I love orthodoxy I think I am in an I would like to become advance in orthodoxy To become advanced I will listen in class, work hard, do
Orthodoxy intermediate my best with assignments, raise my hand and contribute as
much as I can.

I’m at an intermediate level in Greek I I would like to stay where I am now because I I will contribute in class, listen in class, use my time in
Languages find Greek really fun! feel comfortable class wisely and submit homework when due. And if I
need help I can ask my granparents
