Action Plan (PAP) for LCAT-VAWC

I. Introduction

The Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC) in
Candelaria, Zambales, is dedicated to ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of women and
children in our community. This Priority Action Plan outlines our strategic initiatives for addressing
issues related to trafficking and violence against women and children.

II. Goals and Objective

To create a safe and supportive environment for women and children in Candelaria, Zambales, by
preventing trafficking and addressing cases of violence against them.

 Prevention: To prevent trafficking and violence against women and children through
awareness, education, and community engagement.
 Protection: To provide immediate assistance and protection to victims and survivors of
