Job Description:

Are you an HR professional with a deep understanding of employee talent management in consulting
and services industry? Do you relish navigating dynamic environments and providing expert guidance on
talent management to fuel our client-centric culture?
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR leadership and other functions to develop and implement HR policies,
programs, and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals and growth strategy.
• Lead the full talent lifecycle for consultants, from onboarding to performance reviews, career
development planning, and succession planning. Manage end to end:
• Onboardings

• PMS

• Employee Relations

• Training & Development

• HR Policies & Compliances

• Outsource/DTE relation, employee relation handling, payroll and invoicing data submission

• Employee Engagement + Communications


• Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration between HR and the consulting
teams, ensuring smooth resolution of employee relations issues.
• Develop and implement innovative training and development programs tailored to the specific
needs of each practice and individual consultant career aspirations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across diverse client
locations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and
provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Skills
• Top-notch communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to close things without reminders and toggle
priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with ability to strong relationships with internal
stakeholders
• Passion for building a positive and engaging employee experience within a client-centric
consulting culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, Master's degree required.
• Minimum 12+ years of HR experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting
environment.
