Processing temperature For gelfree polymer chain extension, the masterbatch and the polyester shall be homogeneously
mixed using high shear and low melt temperature.
Drying 4 hours @ 60°C
The use of a dehumidifying air dryer with dew point -40°C, as well as material conveying with dry air,
is recommended.
Poor drying will reduce the efficiency of the melt viscosity enhancer masterbatch.
Dosage 0.5 - 2.0%
The most efficient dosage needs to be determined by customer trials and based on test results.
Storage Reclose opened bags and store at room temperature in a dry area, avoiding direct sunlight.
