One of the strategic objectives of
Administrative Order No. 2023-0015, titled
“Adoption of the 8-Point Action Agenda as the Medium-Term
Strategy of the Health Sector
for 2023-2028,” is
to ensure the provision of high-quality, safe and
through prioritizing holistic care that take into account individual people centered services

use, while implementing agile regulatory approach. The

Health Facilities and Services
Regulatory Bureau will revisit its regulatory policies to
align with the
Secretary’s directives
after the approval of the regulatory reform
framework in the December 13, 2023, DOH
Executive Committee meeting,

Hence, this memorandum specifically enjoins the RLEDs

facilities pending the study and audit of not downgrade the health
existing regulatory policies. This approach aligns
to
with our commitment to
maintaining high standards while fostering a supportive environment
for facilities to address compliance issues
effectively.
