AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRS

We, RAUL A. SABIDO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Cheryl Lynn R. Sabido, and a
resident of San Miguel, Iloilo, Philippines, MA. LUISA SABIDO ASSIN, of legal age, Filipino,
married to Beltran Assin, and a resident of Tagaytay City, Philippines, and ANECITA
SABIDO DIAMANTE of legal age, Filipino, married to Jose Diamane, and a resident of
Bacolod City, Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state that:

1. We are the LEGAL HEIRS OF SALVADOR SABIDO AND ENCARNACION ARENSOL

SABIDO who died on August 11, 1997 and February 1, 2006, respectively;

2. Our legal relation to the deceased can be evidenced by competent public official
documents such as marriage and birth certificates;

3. One of the properties included in the estate of SALVADOR SABIDO AND

ENCARNACION ARENSOL SABIDO is an agricultural land located in Brgy. San
Antonio, San Miguel, Iloilo, with an area of Thirty-Nine Thousand One Hundred
Forty-Four (39,144) Square Meters, registered under Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T-48965;

4. To preserve the property, we RAUL A. SABIDO, MA. LUISA SABIDO ASSIN and
ANECITA SABIDO DIAMANTE have agreed to develop Lot No. 2473 registered under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-48965;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve.
