Dear Mrs. Davidson,

I am writing in response to your letter dated May 4, 2038, concerning the malfunctioning
Best Choice Vacuum. I appreciate your patience in dealing with this issue and thank you for
bringing this matter to my attention. I deeply regret the inconvenience you’ve experienced as
a result. Upon reading your detailed description of the problem, I want to assure you that such
malfunctioning is quite unusual for our products, and we take your complaint very seriously.
To remedy the situation, I have initiated the process to replace your vacuum with a new,
fully-functioning model. I have already placed an order for your new vacuum, which will be
shipped to your address via our reliable courier partner, ShipExpress. The new unit should
reach you within the week. Concurrently, I will arrange for a pickup of the malfunctioning
vacuum at a time that suits you. I will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss this further.
