ONLINE COLLEGE
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Prior to Online Application, you need to send the following to admissions@patts.edu.ph :


1. Complete Name
2. Former School
3. Course you are planning to take
4. Transcript of Records/True Copy of Grades
5. Recent ID picture, white background, face front (minimum of 600 x 600 pixels, maximum of 2MB file size)

Admissions Office will endorse you to the Registrar's Office for evaluation. Once evaluated, you will be notified via
email if you can proceed with the online application procedure.

Go to: https://admissions.patts.edu.ph/ and click Start Journey.

Register using your A Facebook Account that was registered
active e-mail account. using an email account may also be used
here.

a. Once registered, you will be redirected to the Dashboard and then click
Data Privacy.

b. Read the Student Consent Form first.

c. Then, proceed to Quick Links. Read the Data Privacy Notice for Students
and Cookie Policy.

d. Click "I give my consent" and "Allow cookies" if you agree with the policies.

a. Go back to Dashboard. Notice that the Data Privacy has turned green. This
means that you have already completed this step. Now, click Profile Setup.

b. You will then be redirected to Profile Setup. Provide the necessary information
to complete this step.

IMPORTANT:
1. For the Residential Information, indicate two addresses:
(once Home Address is encoded, add another address for the
City Address. If no City Address, you may use the same home
address instead).

2. For the Contact Information, indicate an active mobile


number and email address.
3. For the Guardian's Information, indicate your
parent/guardian's active mobile number and email address.
4. For the Academic Background, indicate your Elementary,
Junior and Senior High School, and the inclusive years of
attendance for each.

c. Check if all items have been filled-up. Items under the Profile Setup will turn
green if you have completed this step. Then, Click "I Agree. Finalize my Setup
Profile."

NOTE:
Applicant will receive an email and SMS
notification that the Profile Setup has been
finalized.

a. Go back to Dashboard and click Apply for College.

b. You will then be redirected to the section where you will submit your application requirements.
Upload any school document that indicates your current grade level and an ID picture with the
indicated specifications. Specify your SHS Strand and Select your Preferred Course.
Requirements:
For SHS graduates:
a. Any school document that indicates
Grade 12 or that the applicant is a
graduate of SHS
Note: For documents with multiple pages,
kindly ensure to save it in one PDF File.
b. Recent 2x2 colored picture with white
background
c. PSA Birth Certificate
d. Exam Fee: P700.00

For College Transferees/2nd Degree


Takers:
a. Transcript of Records/True Copy of
grades with the temporary assessment
from the PATTS Registrar's Office and
forwarded by the Admissions Office
b. Recent 2x2 colored picture with white
background
c. PSA Birth Certificate
d. Exam fee: P700.00

c. Once application documents are uploaded and other necessary information
are selected, the Submit button will appear. Click this to submit your application.

d. Once application is submitted, you will see the steps that you have
accomplished so far. You will see here the status of your application.

Wait for the approval of the Admissions Office. Applicant will receive an email
notification once Application has been approved.

a. Once approval from the Admissions Office is received, click Process Payment
to proceed to payment of Entrance Exam Fee (P700.00)

b. You will then be directed to Payment Selection. Choose a Payment Facility,
click Proceed Payment, and follow the procedure that follows.

Payment Options:

1. Visa / Mastercard Debit or Credit Card

2. Others
Online Banking, e-Wallets, Over-the-Counter,
ATM Banking (GCash, Bayad Center, 7-eleven are
supported

c. If payment has been made, refresh your page to see the new status of your
application.

Once applicant is marked as Paid, applicant will be on queue for the entrance
examination schedule. Wait for a notification via email or SMS for this.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Check your registered email address for the Instructions regarding the
Onsite/ Face-to-Face Entrance Examination.

The college entrance exam is scheduled to the nearest Saturday upon approval of the application
and payment of the entrance exam fee.

*Application cut-off for the same week Saturday exam is every Thursday at 5:00 P.M.

Note: Last exam schedule for the Second Semester, AY 2022-2023: January 14, 2022 (Saturday).

a. Examination Result will be released after 3-14 working days. Wait for a
notification via email and SMS. You may also view the result in your iAdmit account.

b. Wait for the Admissions Officer to verify your College Entrance Examination
result.

c. Once College Entrance Examination result has been verified, your next step is to
wait for the Enrollment Schedule. Applicant will be notified via email for the
Enrollment Schedule and Procedure.
