    No. F. No. 002/LWP/2022(2)-SCI(AM) of ADMN. Material (Supreme Court of India)
    for the year 2022-23. In the said reference, Startups recognized by the Department for
    Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Micro and small enterprises as
    per the Department for MSME are exempt from depositing EMD in Govt. tenders.
    Therefore, it is requested to kindly exempt the EMD amount.
