1. PURPOSE OF DOCUMENT
This release note contains the procedures for releasing the pack files CBAF001-NARRDEP.

Kindly follow the instructions below carefully.

2. OVERVIEW

Every year internal controls carries out a process of identifying various assets for submission to Unclaimed
Financial Assets Authority (UFAA). The bank identifies assets that qualify for submission based on whether
there has been any customer-initiated transaction or not. This information has not been available in deposits
leading to a lot of deposits wrongfully classified as unclaimed as per the UFA Act 2011. Consequently,
relationship managers have had to engage the customers which has led to a lot of customer complaints
following this gap in the system. The customers engage with the bank within the term of their deposits but
this is not evidenced in the system.

This change requests aims at including a mandatory dropdown in the deposit arrangements to capture whether
a change is bank or customer-initiated.

3. OBJECTIVES

This change seeks to include a dropdown in the deposit arrangements to capture if the change is bank or customer-
initiated

6. DEPLOYING THE PACKAGE

1.To release the pack, copy the CBAF001-DEPONARRO unit to F.BCON.DATA/RELEASE directory.
2. Go to the application BUILD.CONTROL in INPUT mode. Give the Description, Mnemonic, Action as release
and give Release path.
Reload Enter the OFS.SOURCE.ID as BUILD.CONTROL
3. Commit the deal and verify

4. If any of the record is not authorized make sure you authorized the local table first.

Create a Local reference field by attaching the local table (3000) to AA.ARRANGEMENT.ACTIVITY.
then authorize the all other records in the VERSION application.
