- It attempts to improve romantic
relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

slow down their issues and re-establish realistic expectations
and goals.
GROUPS COUNSELING
- Is a type of psychotherapy that involves
meeting with a group of an individual whom all face similar
concerns.
