Comprehension of Generation Z Regarding Barrier-free Employment of the PWD’s in the Industry: Is


it a Positivity Movement or Detrimental to Society?

Research Rationale

The barrier-free movement shows appreciation to all person with disabilities regardless
of its condition, capabilities, and appearance. While it clearly says that they were not as good
as normal people do, the said movement misleads certain audiences. Since it promotes
inclusivity of no matter what they are going through, it also shows appreciation to all PWD's,
upsetting other people for normalizing ill-health. On a side note, though this kind of movement
are not applicable to all companies for known reasons. The objective of this research is to fully
understand how this generation, generation z, comprehends the barrier-free employment of the
PWD's in the industry and intends to look deeper into their understanding when it comes to the
person with disabilities whether it does help them appreciate their aberrant functioning or does
it deteriorate mental health caused by comparisons.

Purpose of the Study

This research study aims to grasp knowledge on the comprehension of the Generation
Z regarding Barrier-free Employment of the PWD's in the industry. With that, it may determine
the effects of normalizing people with disabilities perceives as a hindrance in a society,
ascertain the inducement of exposing the inclusion of PWD's in a workplace, distinguish what
is entailed in the exposure of PWD'S in the Barrier-free Employment. Then lastly, enhance the
present perception of the Generation Z towards the Positivity Movement of Barrier-free
employment of the PWD's in our society. With this topic, it will be able to further study about
the influence of barrier-free employment to the person with disabilities specifically deaf, mute,
handicapped, and with mental health conditions, adolescent youth, adults, and job industry by
simply discussing the importance of having person with disabilities within the society,
respectively.
