MATTER INVESTIGATED:
3. To determine the facts and circumstances surrounding hthe incident that tranpired on
1330H of January 13,2024 at San marino City Subdivision,Snake Rd,Barangay Salawag
Dasmarinas Cavite. Wherein Victims Daniel Ferrera and Brian Curvey Buencido, Daniel
Ferrera 19 years old,filipino,Single,Criminology Students at AISAT COLLEGE- Dasmarinas
Cavite. Then Brian Curvey Buencido, 20 years old,Single,Criminology Student at AISAT
COLLEGE-Dasmarinas Cavite, and both presently residing at San Marino City
Subdivision,Ipil-Ipil Street.was accidentally bumped By suspect Leonard Dacutanan,25
years old,college students,and presently residing in San Marino City Cavite
Subdivision,Dasmarinas Cavite.

FACTS ON CASE:
 4. January 13,2024 around 1330H. Jonel Candinato and Edson Binoya Call in Dasmarinas
Police Headquarters for he needed urgent police response because he found the two
students lifeless body due to motorcyle in the Snake Rd,Brgy Salawag,Dasmarinas
City,Cavite.
5. PM Mean Saso blottered the concern and colllected basic information of the reporter.
As the interview Mr.Candinato and M. Binoya residing in Block 68 Lot 64 Barangay Ipil-ipil
Dasmarinas Cavite,Mr.Candinato 20 years of age,and Mr. Binoya is 21 years of age, the
witness.
6. At that time Police Investigating Team; PCMS Jaceric Delizo, PMS Daniella Libusta, PSMS
Arthur Sarte,PM Mean Saso,Immediately went to the said location.

DISCUSSION:

7. Upon arrival of Police Investigating Team at exactly 1430H, they immediately secured the crime
scene.PMS Daniella Libusta started to photographed the location and its surroundings. Crime
scene was far from the houses and almost beside the Forest. Next, they secured the location and
detain Mr.Candinato and Mr.Binoya for initial review. PM Mean Saso to take charge the
investigator on Case and conducted set or interview to Mr.Candinato and Mr.Binoya while she
directed her companion to conduct inside the crime scene.
8. During the interview, Mr. Candinato and Mr.Binoya identified the suspect as Mr. Leonard or alias
Dagul, they are just their neighbors, always drunk in their barangay, and they have small sari sari
store in Brgy Ipil-Ipil, they said that while they sit near the road on Snake Road and talked on the
side, they must have been hit by the motorcycle, otherwise they left immediately and ended up
on the other side of the road. According to the witness the suspect was drunk, That’s why the
two students were hit because they didn’t notice the motorcycle, because they were busy
talking. That incident is around 1:30PM Afternoon, after that incident Mr. Binoya saying to Mr.
Candinato to call immediately the Police near in the Dasmarinas Cavite.
9. The victims surrounded by many blood, (1) slippers, (1) key of motorcycle, and the motorcycle of
the suspect, and Scratch(8.5)
CONCLUSION:

10. Based on the Foregiong presented,and the positive identification the two victims and the
testimony of the witness Jonel Candinato and Edson Binoya,and on our investigation to
the family and neighbors the suspect identified as Mr. Leonard Dacutanan or alias
“Dagul”. The two victim caused of death was hit their head on the side of the road,there
exist a probable cause that homicide with serious physical injury was committed to the
 victim,furthermore, the result of the medico Legal examination considered as a Public
Documents affirms that the crime of homicide with serious physical injury as defined and
finalized under Art.263 of Revised Penal Code has been committed.
11. Mr. Leonard Dacutanan Willingly surrendered to the law,after escaped the accident.
