EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Filipinos are known for having a good taste especially when it comes to
sweets, so we come up to produce and sell Pastillas Delight. It has a perfect
sweetness that no one can ever resist. This business plan is about the sweetness
and having a different twist because of any kind of flavored Pastillas. Owned by
the partnership of Geraldine Tedranes and Bryan Dominic A. Dutcha. The initial
capital is Php. 3,500.00 that we divided to buy materials for packaging and
ingredients for the production. Also, the purchasing of ingredients and materials
needed. Lastly, the packaging of a product and the most important is the
marketing strategies and selling of Pastillas Delight. This product will be purchased
in any retail store and our school canteen so that we can present our product. Our
business aims to satisfy the needs of our customers and to provide them with a
sweet treat for such an affordable price. Also, this product is attainable because
the procedure can be done in a short time without any ease.

I. INTRODUCTION
The business is manufacturing type where it will be serving people
by providing their wants in terms of pastillas choice. The business is not
new to the market so it will be hard to start also there are many well-
known competitors but ours differ because it is made up of any kind
flavored. The business, Pastillas Delight, is in Brgy.Lalawigan Borongan
city. It is open and along the way, so it is easy to find to give a tasty and
delicious food to the customers.

II. BCKROUND OF THE PLAN


Today and in previous years, food is the source of living and
an important part of people’s daily life. People cannot live without a
proper intake of food. As time passes by, not only how people live
changes but also the food they eat, the innovation of food takes
place. There are a lot of food that is been popular nowadays, the
flavored pastillas that can be organic and fruit flavored. Fresh fruit
pastillas that are “in” and popular today. There are pastillas made
in ube, mango, Buko Pandan, cheese, the plain milk flavor and
many more that are in us in-food industry. These pastillas are not
only delicious but they are affordable and clean. It will satisfy the
customers because of its tasty flavor. This pastillas is made in any
flavor. The business will help a specific location to be well known
because of the unique foods that can be found there.

IV. TARGET MARKET


My target market is the students and teachers at any
schools and the nearby neighbors in different demographics
life, stage, age, and gender and those who love eating sweet
food especially pastillas. Nowadays, Millennial loves eating
sweet food and they like something new in their eyes and our
product is suited in the market because of having a twist. Our
product is not only for a single person, but it is available for
sharing.

V. MARKETING STRATEGIES
1. PRODUCT
Our Flavored Pastillas Delight are simple to make and
inexpensive. Powdered milk, any flavored condensed milk, and
white sugar are used to make pastillas. Plastic packaging is
used to wrap pastillas, they can be made in a variety of sizes
and flavors.
2. PRICE
Pastillas Delight is a specialty pastillas business. The total
cost depends on how many packs you purchase. Pastillas are
sold in packs of 50 pieces for 100 pesos. Adding a few things to
a customer's final bill will raise the total.
3. PROMOTION
Pastillas is new to the market but usually it’s available in any
retail store and using marketing tools and strategies our product
will be profitable and recognized in the market.
4. DISTRIBUTION
The product is open in retailing process and plan to sell this
to some places here in Borongan City. The product can be sold
in schools and accepts orders per pack and deliveries. With
this, the business will be able to grow and be well known to
widen the scope of its buyers.

VIII. CONCLUSION
Filipino are described as great food lover and what a great tribute
for this. The proponents prepared an idea for the food industry. It has
been observed that we Filipinos are love eating even after a heaven
meal, we look for something else to eat. For limited budget,
sometimes we doubt if we would still buy something just to lessen the
unlikeable taste in our mouths, Pastillas is a happy dessert can be
enough lessened saltness or greasiness of meals remained in our
taste we offered Pastillas health conscious consumers and dessert
lovers a healthy and friendly local product called Pastillas.
