WHAT IS THE ENVIRONMENT

• The environment is the set of all natural and artificial
elements that surround living beings, including air, water,
soil, natural resources and ecosystems. It is the
environment in which we live and on which we depend for
our survival and well-being.
CONSEQUENCES
• * Damage to the health of living beings.
• *Increased global warming.
• *Loss or imbalance in ecosystems.
• *Loss or diminution of natural resources.
• * Poisoning of the waters.
• *Soil erosion.
• *Degradation of natural landscapes.
• *Various types of pollution
• * Damage to the health of human beings
• *Disappearance of the ozone layer
• *Damage to ecosystems
• *Acid rain
• * Melting of the polar caps
• *Increased temperatures

CAUSES
• *Human activity
• *Deforestation
• *Use of chemicals and pesticides
• *Industrial and domestic waste
• *Fossil fuels
• *Garbage production and accumulation
• *Population growth
• *Industrial development
• *Lack of urban planning
• *The radiation
• *Greenhouse gases
• *Volcanic eruptions
• *Technological waste
• *Industrial debris
RECOMMENDATIONS
• *Save water
• *Separate the garbage
• *Reuse the plastic you use
• *Buy low consumption light bulbs
• *Use public transportation
• *Walk short distances
• *Turn off your devices when you are not using them
• *Disconnect devices
• *Take advantage of natural light
• *Use ecological bags

• *Reduces the use of water and electricity.
• *Plant-based diet

AIM
• The main objective of environmental pollution is not an intentional
purpose, but rather an unintended consequence of various human
activities. Environmental pollution occurs when humans release
substances or energy into the environment in amounts that exceed
the capacity of ecosystems to safely absorb, break down, or
neutralize those pollutants.
Environmental pollution can have a variety of negative impacts on
ecosystems, human health, and the balance of the planet in general.
CONCLUSION
• Environmental pollution is a serious and complex problem that
negatively affects ecosystems, human health and the balance of the
planet. The main conclusion is that it is essential to take urgent and
effective measures to address and reduce environmental pollution.
Environmental pollution derives from various sources, such as the
burning of fossil fuels, industry, intensive agriculture, improper waste
management, and many other human activities. These activities release
pollutants into the air, water, and soil, with significant consequences for
human health and the environment.
