Last May 13, 2023, the Supreme Student Government of CTU Main initiated a
program held in Brgy. Tinago.
LAM'ANG is an abbreviation of 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕
𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔. Which aims to give a livelihood
program as their means of support. Every woman, particularly those who have raised
their children on their own and shown flexibility in the face of adversity, benefits
from women's empowerment. We regard women as much as we do to our mothers.

Awareness and Cooperation” made it to the top 11 entries of the essay writing contest
organized by the Association for Philippines-China Understanding (APCU).

- Ahhh hmmm... In general, Silliman University boasts a "holistic" approach in education catering
to our 5C's which as Culture, Church, Community, Classroom and Court....
- We have quite a wide array of world class Medical Facilities pero part of the notable ones

1) We have a Silliman Farm. Connected Siya sa campus for Institute of Environmental and Marine
Sciences where naay:

- crocodiles

- fish hatchery

- Whale bone museum

And by Bantayan beach siya where naay corals so the marine sciences students dive there.
2. Our Botanical Zoo is currently closed for renovations (2yrs last time I checked) PERO sa pandemic they
acquired a Nature Reserve a few minutes outside Dumaguete in Palinpinon Valencia so if you can
arrange a ride and request a visit, you can go there. Naay mga wild pig and deer didtu tapos bleeding
hearts pigeons, ganern.

3. On campus museums and shows

- Biology Museum (idk jud schedule ani Kay it's mostly closed pero you can contact the department for a
visit I guess?

- Archeological Museum (PHP 25 at entrance

- Ariniego Art Gallery (depende if naay exhibit)

- Luce Auditorium -- our main culture feature (auditorium ni siya so for shows, usually a little expensive
but a great experience)
