Reseach design

This reseach explore the significant relationship between emotional intelligence and
leadership.we will use corellational research , a qualitative research that focuses the finding of
the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership. Correlational research refers to a
type of scientific investigation that aims to examine the relationship between two or more
variables ( Dan Fleetwood's 2023). It involves measuring and analyzing the degree of association
or correlation between variables without manipulating them. Correlational research helps
researchers understand the strength and direction of the relationship between variables but does
not establish causation( Dan Fleetwood’s 2023).

. We selected correlational research as our method to assess and determine the connection
between leadership and emotional intelligence. This type of study allows us to investigate and
forecast additional variables related to our study ( Pritha Bhandari 2021) . We'll conduct a survey
with senior high students at Imelda integrated secondary school,to find out more about how
emotional intelligence and leadership impact the school's students. By examining the relationship
between each variable, the researcher can help facilitate the creation of hypotheses and the
recognition of possible trends or connections.
