 Auscultate different lung areas correctly and identify different lung sounds while being monitored
during role-play exercise within 3 minutes

 Cite the purpose and importance of chest physiotherapy during group discussion within 3 minutes

 Correctly demonstrate how to perform percussion techniques, vibration, and breathing exercises during
role-play exercise within 4 minutes

coughing technique.

Main Activity -Discuss the importance of chest physiotherapy -Lecture with 4 minutes

-Demonstrate auscultation, the percussion
techniques, vibration and breathing exercises
Class Activity Divide students into small groups and instruct -Role play and 3 minutes
them to choose a therapist and a patient in group discussions
order to demonstrate the following:

 Auscultation of lung areas and


identification of different lung sounds

 Different types of percussion


techniques and breathing exercises

In the same groups students should:

 Discuss the different purposes of


chest physiotherapy

Conclusion -Conclude the lecture by stating the purpose -Lecture discussion 2 minutes
and importance of chest physiotherapy.
