Job Description

In-charge of all field construction activities and ensure that construction deliver the best performance of
productivity, safety and quality.
Clarify engineering work and technical specification for the project
Fully understand contractual construction requirement. Assist superior to formulate construction plan and ensure
that plan are understood by construction team.
Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective action
Track progress status during construction and alert Project Manager if deviation from plan occurred.
Report regularly on project status to project manager.
Estimate Cost and control cost and material of project.
Manage manpower, subcontract or supplier follow the project schedule
Prepare and monitor action plan refer project master schedule for follow up progress of the project
Prepare and manage manpower and equipment loading for the project
Co-ordinate with Procurement, Logistics and field personnel for clarify material and equipment specification of
project
