CHANDRAPRABHA VATI
It is useful in diabetes & albuminuria controls frequent urination due to weakness of
bladder and checks the bed wetting. Increases the viscosity of semen and provides

DOLABI
It is an effective remedy for diabetes, strengthens kidneys as well as bladder, and

BANADIQ-UL-BUZOOR
In Unani classical literature, Banadiq-ul-Buzoor has been described as Mudirr-e-Baul
(Diuretic), Habis-ud-dam (hemostyptic), Musakkin-e -Asab-wa-Azlat (Sedative and
smooth Muscles relaxant), Muqawwi Aam (General tonic) and has potential in the
management of Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH) "Warme Ghuddae Mazi Sulb as
depicted in some studies. Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH) is a very common problem
of males. It produces a group of symptoms like urgency in micturation, nocturia,
hesitancy, straining and retention of urine etc and Banadiq-ul-Buzoor is very effectively
used by Unani physicians to cure these symptoms.
