Damei Kingmech Pump Co., Ltd. is a professional

Chinese pump manufacturer of industrial pumps. The
head office of our company is located in Shijiazhuang
city. Now, over 30 professional employees are working
there. The three plants we have established are
respectively located in Shijiazhuang (Slurry Pump),
Dalian (Chemical Pump), Shenyang (API 610 Petro-
pump), each of which manufactures pumps in strict
accordance with the ISO9001, QA/QC standard, CE

The API610 BB4 pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump which adopts an one-piece housing. Designed for the water supply system of
high-pressures, this pump is designed with vertical upward suction and discharge openings which, together with the middle stage , are
connected with through bolts. The clearances between them are sealed by a metal surface seal and o-rings. Importantly, the suction
stage , middle stage and discharge stage of this API pumping equipment all utlilise forged parts.
This API610 multi-stage centrifugal pump could be used in the oilfield water injection and of other liquid products or materials.

API610 BB5 pump is a multi-stage double-casing centrifugal pump of a radial split structure. Manufactured strictly in accordance with
the API610 standard. This multi-stage centrifugal pump, equipped with a guide vane, adopts a pump core that can be removed for
maintenance from pump barrel casing(outer casing) without having to dismantle pipelines, vertical suction and discharge nozzle. To be
more specific, as for a smaller pump of this type, the internal cartridge components could be removed only after users dismantle the
mechanical seal housing and bearing housing. As for the larger one, all the above mentioned parts could be removed and installed at
the same time. This scientific design also ensures the hydraulic thrust to be balanced throughout the pump’s operation.

Intelligent control system for water pump
The DKM-01 intelligent control system for water pump
developed by our company is an automatic network monitoring
and management system integrating sensor technology,
automatic control technology, wireless communication
technology and network technology.
The pump management personnel can monitor the pump's
operating voltage, current, temperature, flow, head, vibration,
power consumption and other parameters at any time through
the on-site control cabinet and mobile phone APP, and realize
the start and stop control of the pump and realize the

PU elastomer is a high polymer material between plastics and rubber, which has physical dynamic performance similar to rubber, and it
could also be machined and formed like plastic materials. PU elastomeric material has the following advantages：
1.Adjustability range of performance is large. Various physical and mechanical performances could be transformed within certain limits by
materials selection or formula adjusting so as to meet users’ various requirements on products.
2.Excellent wear resistance. Especially under working conditions with wet medium like water, oil etc. its wear resistance is usually several
to dozens times better than common rubber materials.

●Results compared with high chrome cast iron：
1. Wear resistance of polyurethane is 5.3 times better than high chrome cast iron, when applying for mud pump, its service life will be 6-10
times longer than high chrome cast iron; when applying for slurry pump, its service life will be more than 3 times longer than high chrome
cast iron.
2. Polyurethane materials will largely reduce the impeller weight; the passage surface of wetted parts is much smoother thus the dynamic
consumption could be reduced when operating, and 20% electricity could be saved, 5%-10% efficiency of the pump will be raised.
Meanwhile, lighter rotor lengthens the service life of bearing assembly, therefore, failure rate is decreased, maintenance cost is lowered,
and downtime loss for maintenance is reduced.
3. Polyurethane material is vibration resistant and has excellent vibration absorption performance, through which vibration and noise could
be reduced to a certain extend.
●Results compared with rubber：
1. Hardness range of polyurethane is wider, from 20 to above 95(Shore A hardness). Polyurethane is still elastic with elongation at high
hardness degree, while lots of packing shall be added for rubber material at the cost of lowering elasticity and performance.
2. Tear strength of polyurethane is strong and about 2 times stronger than natural rubber.
3. Wear resistance of polyurethane is about 3-5 times higher than natural rubber.
4. Polyurethane wetted parts could be cut and machined within a certain hardness range.
5. Polyurethane is dyeable and could be made to products of any color.

Range of application of Polyurethane Elastomer in fields of slurry pump delivery is continuously enlarging, in most duty conditions, its
service life is several times longer than pumps made from high chrome cast iron, and therefore, it should soon replace conventional high
chrome cast iron and rubber materials.

existing slurry pump designed to enhance efficiency and improve wear
performance.
Years of actual wear data on the popular pump design has enabled our design
engineers to use a novel integrated design approach, Dynamics (CFD)
simulation to obtain the correlation between predicted and actual results for the
standard five vane slurry impellers.
CFD software used to predict hydraulic performance was employed to simulate
wear hot spots and develop the new WR impeller and throatbush combination.
The WR impeller and throatbush combination with improved hydraulic profles,
reduced turbulence, extended wear performance and lowered power
consumption.
