Acknowledgement
The opportunity I had with Metalloids Builders was a great chance for

learning and development. My skill Therefore, I consider myself as a very

lucky individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I

am also grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people

and professionals who led me though this Immersion period.

Bearing in mind previous I am using this opportunity to express my

deepest gratitude and special thanks to the Metalloids Builders who in

spite of being extraordinarily busy with her duties, took time out to

hear, guide and keep me on the correct path and allowing me to carry

Summary

I have my Immersion in Metalloids Builders, in which I got training from

Admin Department. The Immersion is basically review in managing the

people and the management,

The difference between trust and fear God is doing things right and doing

things nearly right because this is the key of success of Metalloids Builders

They do their best to achieve the needs and wants of their customer.

Introduction

This Narative report contains EXPERIENCE, LEARNING’S insight gained and

somesupporting documents required for the Immersion program of

Humanities and Social Science.

Immersion is part of Senior High that aims to train and orient student about

works and their future career, if you still hace no idea on what is meant to

be worker. Immersion will give you at least 10% of career realities. Your

background in immersion experience is very important when applying a

job. Employers often asked about the immersion experience and how it is

related on the job that you are applying.

Objectives:

The objective of this narrative report is to be more responsible in many

aspect of life and work. To be trusted by client to do our best to meet their

standard in construction firm and to satisfy them in the result of what we

have done in their house or apartment.
