A problem with whom every student fights is exam stress problem.

Every student before the exam is


stressed because their teachers are trying to scare them all the year so they would study more but this is
the biggest mistake that they do.

One way in which schools can help is giving support from tutors to students. Before the exam every
student wants to repeat every theme of the lesson so he or she would pass the exam. Offering support
from tutors to students would increase the rate of low stressed students and would increase the overall
mark at the exams. If the student feels comfortable while learning with the tutor and if the tutor is
trying to fill in the gap in communication between student and tutor the student would learn much
easier and also feel confident at the exam.

Another method to lower the stress is giving students time for relaxation and leisure activities. Brain is a
muscle and if you force it too much this would have bad consequence. For a better learning and
lowering the stress every student should have at least 5 hours per day for socializing with other
students, discussing with parents and some entertainment. This would improve his or her work-life
balance. Every student that has leisure time is more productive because his brain rests and is ready for
new material.

In addition I want to say that both methods are good for lowering the stress of the students before the
exam.
