Spiritual self
- is the essence of being human, which extends beyond the bodily, cognitive, and
emotional elements. It includes one's spiritual views, experiences, and
development.
2. Political self
- refers to how political opinions and ideals shape one's identity and sense of self.
Individuals' levels of political self-relevance differ, with some seeing their political
choices as more fundamental to their self-concept than others.
3. Digital self
- refers to how one represents themselves in the digital realm. It entails the use of
technology to construct a virtual persona that may seem or act like a human.
4. Learning
- is the process by which individuals, both human and non-human animals, interact
with their surroundings and change their behaviours as a result of their experiences.
Furthermore, it enables people to adapt to their circumstances during their lives,
particularly for animals with longer lifespans.
5. Process
- is a set of actions or adjustments that attain a specified outcome. It entails a
systematic and measured series of activities intended to create a certain outcome.
6. Metacognition
- refers the understanding and control of one's own thought and learning processes. It
entails higher-order thinking and active management of cognitive processes involved
in learning.
7. Social identity
- refers to the way individuals define themselves in terms of the social groups they
belong to. It involves a cognitive awareness of group identity, a value connotation
associated with the group, and an emotional attachment to the group

8. Personal identity
- refers to our individuality and distinguishing characteristics. It includes our sense of
self, ideas, values, and experiences that form our identity.
