During the creation/planning of the summative assessment 2, I’ve given ideas and some contents needed
for the action plan. I’ve also been updating them on what to do, what is still needed to do, and what I’ve
done already. And lastly, I did the resources, potential barriers (with the help of my group mates), and the
communication plan in the action plan table, I also did the evaluation process of the action plan.________
