APPROVING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND INDORSING THE SAME TO SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY FOR THE LATTER'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) is responsible for formulating and recommending
policies, plans, and programs for the comprehensive development of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Plan (BDP) has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines
set forth by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG);

WHEREAS, the BDP serves as a roadmap for the development and progress of the Barangay,
encompassing various sectors and addressing the needs and aspirations of the community;

WHEREAS, the BDC has thoroughly reviewed and deliberated on the proposed Barangay Development
Plan;

WHEREAS, the BDC finds the Barangay Development Plan to be comprehensive, responsive to the
identified priorities, and aligned with the overall development goals of the Barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Barangay Development Council of

Moldero, Municipality of Tumauini, Province of Isabela, to approve the Barangay Development Plan and
endorse the same to the Sangguniang Barangay for the latter's adoption, as follows:

SECTION 1: Approval of Barangay Development Plan

1.1 The Barangay Development Plan, as presented and reviewed by the BDC, is hereby approved.

1.2 The BDP includes the vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and programs for the holistic development
of the Barangay.

SECTION 2: Endorsement to Sangguniang Barangay

2.1 The BDC hereby endorses the approved Barangay Development Plan to the Sangguniang Barangay
for their adoption and subsequent enactment as an official Barangay Ordinance.

2.2 The Sangguniang Barangay is requested to conduct a thorough review and deliberation on the
Barangay Development Plan and take appropriate actions for its adoption.

SECTION 3: Submission of the Barangay Development Plan

3.1 The Barangay Secretary is directed to furnish a copy of the approved Barangay Development Plan to
the Sangguniang Barangay for their reference and consideration.

SECTION 4: Effectivity

This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the majority of the Barangay
Development Council.
