Our operations are in Offshore Terengganu (Kapal Field and Banang Field),
Johor (Johor Bahru Port Limit, Tg. Pelepas Port and Pasir Gudang Port),
Straits of Malacca (Tg.Bruas), and Indonesia (Nipah, Karimun Port, Merak
Port, Offshore Straits of Bangka). Our services being recognized by the world
Oil Majors, Marine Department of Malaysia, Lembaga Pelabuhan Kelang, and also
a leading international STS operator.
The type of vessels that we are operates ranging from VLCC and Afra Max and
for types of cargo including Fuel Oil, Crude Oil, LPG, LNG and Diesel Oil. The
number of operations that we handle is at an average of 30 operations a month
with a record of lifting operations without accidents (Zero LTI).
CME’s Education & Training offers clients with a wide range of courses including
STCW Courses, ISPS Code Courses, HSE Courses, Oil Spill Response Courses
and tailored program for Port, Shipping and Oil & Gas. Our training and courses
are recognized by the Marine Department of Malaysia, HRDF, PETRONAS,
SHELL, EXXONMOBIL, PETROFAC and accredited with ISO 9001:2008 for
Maritime Training & Consultancy.

Introduction
Objective
Upon successfully completed the course, the participants shall be able to;
1. Develop, maintain and supervise the implementation of a port facility
security plan
2. Assess security risk, threat and vulnerability
3. Undertake regular inspections of the port facility to ensure that appropriate
security measures are implemented and maintained
4. Ensure that security equipment and systems are properly operated, tested
and calibrated
5. Encourage security awareness and vigilance
