ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
AUGUST, 2022

1. Prepared the assigned room for the conduct of in-person classes for SY 2022-
2023.
2. Participated in the conduct of 2022 Fun Run (Takbo Para Sa Paaralan)
initiative for the installation of additional concrete handwashing facility.
3. Initiated the cleaning of the school surroundings as per assigned area to the
stakeholders.
4. Tapped and monitored the stakeholders in their participation for the 2022
Brigada Eskwela.
5. Participated in the implementation of the 2022 Brigada Pagbasa by identifying
the possible reading tutors of the learners in the assigned class / section.
6. Tapped stakeholders in the initiative to raise funds for funding of the needed
facilities or materials for the opening of in-person classes.
7. Participated in the 2022 Ukay-Ukay Program initiated by school so as to raise
fund for the 2022 Brigada Pagabasa in which said fund will be used for the
provision of reading materials.
8. Prepared necessary reports for the conduct of 2022 Brigada Eskwela.
