Corn Muffin
- 1 C Sugar
- 0.5 C Shortening
- 0.75 C Corn Meal
- 1.5 C AP Flour
- 1 T bake Powder
- 0.5 t Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Milk
- 350 degrees 18 – 20 min

Baking Powder Biscuits


- 2 C AP Flour
- 2 t Bake Powder
- 0.5 t Salt
- 4 T Butter
- 2/3 C Milk
- 350 degrees 10 -12 min

Scones
- 2 C AP Flour
- 4 t Bake Powder
- 0.75 t Salt
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 6 T Butter
- 0.75 C Cream
- 0.5 C Raisin (optional) Mix with dry ingredients
- 350 degrees 10 -12 min
- Glaze (optional) 0.5 C 10x and 3 t Milk (water)

Carrot Bread
- 1.5 C AP Flour (for cake drop 0.5 C flour)
- 0.5 C Sugar
- 1 t Bake powder
- 1 t Bake Soda
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 C Oil
- 2 C Carrot Shred
- 0.5 C Karo Syrup
- Garnish 1 C Raisins and Nuts (optional)
- Bake 325 Degrees 20-22 minutes
Cream Cheese frosting
- 0.5 Stick Butter
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C 10 X
- 1 t Vaniila

Flat Bread
- 2.5 – 3 C AP Flour
- 1 t Bake Soda
- 1 C Water
- 2 stage mix method using dough hook/rest /portion into 8 pc/roll flat score and
griddle.

- 0.25 C Butter Melted with 3 Cloves Garlic for bushing after bread is griddled
(while hot)
