- Pricing: This guide pricing is correct as at the date on this schedule and is
subject to change due to circumstances outside of ISDM's control, for exam-
ple market fluctuations and supply chain pricing revisions. It is anticipated,
however, that final negotiated pricing would be lower than this following spe-
cific solution builds and deal registrations, due to ISDM's privileged relation-
ships with our vendor supply chain.

- Payment Terms will be agreed following completion of ISDM’s new customer

onboarding documentation; credit terms are subject to ISDM’s Finance de-
partment carrying out a credit check on a new client.

- Cancellation Fees: Please be aware that if the works need to be cancelled or

postponed, ISDM solutions require 48-hours notice from when the works are
scheduled to take place. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
