Hostel Rules and Regulation – General Discipline.

1. After the admission in the college, the students who wish to join the hostel should
apply for admission in the hostel along with their college application form, Aadhaar
ID card and college ID card. (xerox)

கல்லூரியில் சேர்க்கை முடிந்த பின்பு விடுதியில் சேர விருப்பமுள்ள

மாணவிகள் தங்களுடைய கல்லூரி அனுமதி விண்ணப்ப படிவம் ஆதார்
அடையாள அட்டை மற்றும் கல்லூரி அடையாள அட்டை ஆகியவற்றுடன்
விறுதியில் சேர விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

2. Medically fit students from long distance can only apply for hostel facility.

மருத்துவ
ரீதியாக உடல் நலம் உள்ள மாணவியருக்கு மட்டுமே விடுதியில் இடம்
உண்டு.

3. The hostellers must remember that the hostel is the Home of the hosteller in the Campus.
Hostel students are expected to display acceptable from of behavior maintain discipline and
decorum in the hostel as well as outside the campus.
விடுதி மாணவிகள் விடுதியை தங்கள் இல்லமாக கருத வேண்டும் மேலும்
தங்களுக்கான ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் விதிமுறைகளை விடுதியிலும்
வெளியிடங்களிலும் கருத்தில் கொண்டு செயல்படுத்துதல் வேண்டும்.

4. Students will display their Identity card every time of their entry to the hostel. Hostel
Administration and security guard are authorized to ask for the identity card anytime in the
hostel premises.
மாணவிகள் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் விடுதிக்குள் நுழையும் பொழுது தங்களது
அடையாள அட்டையை காட்ட வேண்டும் விடுதி நிர்வாகமும்
பாதுகாவலரும் எந்த நேரத்திலும் அடையாள அட்டையை பரிசோதிப்பார்.

5. Daily attendance will be taken by the warden. In case it is found that student is absent
without permission or verbal warning will frequently, written be given and necessary
 disciplinary action may be initiated.
விடுதி காப்பாளரால் தினசரி வருகை பதிவேடு எடுக்கப்படும் போது ஆன்மீ க
வழிபாட்டில் அனுமதியின்றி தொடர்ந்து தாமதமாக வரும் மாணவிகளுக்கு
எழுத்து வடிவமாகவோ எச்சரிக்கை விடுக்கப்படுவதுடன் அவர்கள் மீ து ஒழுங்கு
நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
6. Permission for leave through mobile or post will not be accepted.

செல்போன் கொண்டு வருபவர்கள் விடுதியின் சட்டத்திட்டத்தின்படி கையாள

வேண்டும். விடுப்பு பற்றி தொலைபேசி மற்றும் தந்திகள் மூலம் செய்திகள்
ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.
7. Students in their own interest are advised not to keep excess cash or any valuables in their hostel
rooms. The Institute Hostel Administration will not be responsible for the miss of such items.
மாணவிகள் தங்கள் சொந்தமாக பணமோ அல்லது விலைமதிப்புள்ள
பொருட்களையோ விடுதியில் வைத்துக்கொள்ள அனுமதி இல்லை அவ்வாறு
வைத்திருந்து பணமோ பொருளோ இழக்க நேரிட்டால் விடுதி நிர்வாகம்
பொறுப்பேற்காது.

8. Hostellers who will disturb the peace and violate the rules of hostel in the campus will
be expelled from the Hostel without any refund.

விடுதி வளாக அமைதியை பாதிக்கும் வகையில் நடப்பதோடு அதன் விதிகளை

மீ றி நடப்பவர்கள் விடுதியில் இருந்து வெளியேற்றப்படுவார்கள்.
வெளியேற்றப்படுவதுடன் அவர்களின் இறுதி கட்டணமும் திரும்ப
அளிக்கப்படமாட்டாது.
9. Hostellers are not allowed to take food in their rooms.

விடுதி மாணவிகள் தங்களது அறைகளில் உணவு உண்ண அனுமதி இல்லை.

10. Lights and fans must be switched off when the Hostellers is not present in the room. In case it is
found that Lights fans are not switched off a heavy penalty will be imposed.

விடுதி அறையில் மாணவிகள் இல்லாத பொழுது மின்விளக்குகள் மற்றும்

மின்விசிறிகள் அணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும். ஒருவேளை அணைக்கப்படாமல்
செயல்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு அதிகப்படியான அபராதம்
விதிக்கப்படும்.

11. No students will be allowed to leave hostel premises between

6.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

மாலை 6:00 மணி முதல் காலை 6:00 மணி வரை மாணவிகள் விடுதியை விட்டு
வெளியே செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லை.

12. Hostellers should inform to the hostel warden of any changes in the address.e-mail,
mobile number, phone number, Local guardian or parents immediately.

விடுதி மாணவிகள் தங்களது இல்ல முகவரி மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி தொலைபேசி

எண் மற்றும் பெற்றோர் அல்லது பாதுகாவலர் தொடர்பான விபரங்களில்
ஏதேனும் மாற்றங்கள் இருந்தால் உடனடியாக விடுதி காப்பாளருக்கு
தெரியப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

13. Hostellers are strictly prohibited from writing slogans or obscene drawing on the
hostel walls, doors and alamaris etc.

விடுதியின் சுவர்கள் கதவுகள் மற்றும் அலமாரிகள் மீ து வாசகங்கள்

எழுதுவதோ,படங்கள் வரைவதோ , கடுமையாக தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
14. Parents and Local guardian, day’s scholar and friends are not allowed to come
inside the hosteller’s rooms.

விடுதி மாணவிகளின் பெற்றோர்கள்,பாதுகாவலர், வெளிநபர்கள் ஆகியோர்

விடுதி அறைக்குள் செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லை.

15. Boys will not be permitted to meet the students for any reason.
எந்த காரணத்தை கொண்டும் இளைஞர்கள் மாணவிகளை பார்க்க
விடுதிக்குள் வரக்கூடாது. இந்த விதிமுறைக்கு உட்படாத மாணவிகளுக்கு
விடுதியில் தங்க இடமில்லை.
16. No part of the fees paid (Hostel Fees and mess charges) is refundable for
any reason.

செலுத்தப்பட்ட கட்டணம் (விடுதி மற்றும் உணவுக் கட்டணம்)) எந்தக்

காரணத்தினாலும் முழுவதுமாக அல்லது பகுதியாகவே திரும்ப
அளிக்கப்படமாட்டாது.

17. Parents should not encourage students to visit their friends or other relatives clubs
and if such need arises, parents should inform the hostel warden directly.

பெற்றோர்கள் மாணவிகளை தங்கள் நண்பர்கள் அல்லது பிற உறவினர்

வடுகளுக்கு
ீ செல்ல ஊக்குவிக்க கூடாது. அத்தகைய தேவை இருந்தால்
பெற்றோர்கள் நேரடியாக விடுதி கண்காணிப்பாளருக்கு தெரிவித்தல்
வேண்டும்.

18. Lights should be switched off in all rooms by 10.00 P.M. Further, if you want to study, you should in
study room.

பத்து மணிக்குள் அனைத்து அறைகளிலும் விளக்குகளை அணைக்க

வேண்டும். மேலும் படிப்பதாக இருந்தால் Study Room - ல் படிக்க வேண்டும்.

19. Students going out for medical or any other illness must sign the movement register.

மருத்துவம் அல்லது வேறு எந்த நோக்கத்திற்காகவும் அனுமதி பெற்று

 வெளியில் செல்லும் மாணவிகள் நடமாட்டப் பதிவேட்டில் கையொப்பமிட
வேண்டும்.

20. The words and actions of female students should not hurt the feeling of other or (a) disparage them,
and due respect should be accorded to all in the institution.

மாணவிகளின் வார்த்தைகள் மற்றும் செயல்கள் மற்றவர்களின் உணர்வை

புண்படுத்தவோ அல்லது அவர்களை இழிவுபடுத்தவோ கூடாது.
நிறுவனத்தில் உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் உரிய மரியாதை கொடுக்கப்பட
வேண்டும்.

21. Annual maintenance fee of Rs.5000/- payable at the time of admission. A monthly allowance of
Rs.3000/- per year is payable in 4 installments every three months.

ஆண்டு பராமரிப்பு கட்டணம் ரூபாய் 5000/- சேர்க்கையின் போது செலுத்துதல்

வேண்டும். ஒரு மாதத்திற்கான உணவுத்தொகை ரூபாய் 3000. மாணவிகள்
ஒரு வருடத்திற்கான தொகையை மூன்று மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை 4
தவணையாக செலுத்துதல் வேண்டும்.

22. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are provided. Adequate food intake is required. Do not waste
food.

சைவம் மற்றும் அசைவ உணவுகள் வழங்கப்படும். போதுமான அளவு

உணவை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும். உணவை வணாக்குதல்
ீ கூடாது.
