Terms and conditions:
All fees and sanctions required for the job though not limiting to M.C.D, Fire, Police and any other government body is to be arranged is to be paid separately and extra from the work contract rates mentioned
above.
30% as advance of total order value ,65% with running works and 5% on completion of work.
Freight & forwarding including in the above price.
Warrantee: 12 months warrantee/ standard equipment warranty , against manufacturing and installation defects (does not cover any consequential damage or losses. Does not cover normal wear and tear )
All the items would be as per the approved specifications and drawings only.
Any other item which shall come up during execution shall be charged separately as per mutually agreed rates.
Water and electricity has to be provided free of cost at site. In case of non availability from client’s side the same would be arranged by us and would be charged additionally @ 2% of the total work value.
All labor and installation charges included in the above mentioned price
The above mentioned qty is for rough estimate only the work would be done on as per actual measurements and final billing would be done after due measurements on site.
Period of final measurements 15 days from the date of submission of final bills.
Clause of force majurare should be applicable. I.e. We shall not be liable delay due to natural calamity, disaster ,strikes, riot or any other conditions which are beyond our control.
Delay due to approvals from statuary bodies like M.C.D, Fire Etc would be credited to time allotted for completion of project.
Escalation @ 5% would be applicable , (Any rate change by brands from the date of submission would be reflected in billing )
Material left over as wastage after completion of project would be property of m/s globespan design studio
