 A temporary casing is used if required (inner diameter 60cm) is pitched and centralized over
the center of the beam at pile point.
 An auger or bucket are used to excavate the pile shaft to the designed elevation.
 In loose soil we can use the vibro hammer for installation of H-Beam .
 In case we faced a rock formation the drilling will continue in rock to reach 50 cm down the
final excavation level of culvert slab as per SGS comment.
 Record & photos and excavated materials (Fill, Soil and Rock) with depth shall be reported.
 Before installing the H-Beams, H-beam should to be inspected by consultant with type and
length according to the design for each segment
 After that, we bring the king – post beam and putting the H-Beam in the hole of pile, then
filling concrete mix around the H-Beam in order to ensure the full stability of the H-Beam.
 We will repeat the above sequence that is continued for each alternative pile for the same
day.
 In the next day, we will repeat the above sequence that is continued for each alternative
pile for previous day.
 After we finish installation of king post beams for a proper part of shoring line (25 meter) ,
we can start excavation and fixing the timber lagging between beams,
 excavation of the site (by one to two meter) and install the timber lagging between the two
H-Beam for Along perimeter of shoring line.
 Repeat the previous sequence in excavation of the site and install timber lagging between
the two H-Beam for Along available shoring
 Complete the previous steps till we reach the final excavation level
 Repeat all the previous steps to cover the all the shoring line.
 The main contractor will make monitoring and inspection of the soldier piles wall and
adjacent structures during the excavation works.
 The king post shoring system is now complete
 The works sequence shall be carried out under our experienced team supervision.
