‫ زلزلہ اور برسات وغیرہ سے سکول کو پہنچنے‬،‫نوٹ ۔ اس پروگرام کے تحت کسی بھی ایمرجنسی جیسے قدرتی آفات‬
‫والے نقصان کی ریکوری کے لیئے فنڈ مہیاء کرنا ہے۔‬

‫ممبر شپ فیس کے عالوہ کسی بھی مد میں کوئی چارجز وصول نہیں کیئے جاتے۔‬

1. Emergency Fund:

‫ برسات‬،‫ زلزلے‬،‫یہ ہمارے ماڈل کا تیسرا اہم جزو ہے پنجاب میں ہر سال سکولوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد قدرتی آفات جیسے سیالب‬
‫اور خشک سالی کا شکار ہو جاتے ہیں اس فنڈ کے قیام کا مقصد ایسے کسی بھی متاثرہ سکول کو فوری امداد مہیاء کرنا ہے تاکہ‬
‫مختص کرتے ہیں۔‬٪ 22 ‫وہ بچوں کی تعلیم کا سلسلہ جاری رکھ سکے۔اس مقصد کے لیئے ہم اپنے ٹوٹل بجٹ کا‬

Detailed Budget:

Emergency Fund:

The Emergency Fund is aimed at providing immediate support to schools during unforeseen
circumstances such as natural disasters like floods, earthquakes and heavy rains.

‫ برسات یا کسی وبا سے متاثرہ سکول کو بحالی کے لیئے فوری امداد مہیا کرنے کے لیئے درج‬،‫ زلزلہ‬،‫قدرتی آفات جیسے سیالب‬
‫ذیل ترتیب سے بجٹ رکھا گیا ہے۔‬

The budget for the Emergency Fund is allocated as a lump sum of 1,056,000/ PKR.

‫ انفراسٹرکچر ڈوویلپمنٹ پروگرام کی‬٪50 ‫نوٹ ۔ مسلسل تین ماہ ایمرجنسی کی درخواست نہ آنے کی صورت میں ایمرجنسی فنڈ کا‬
‫نئی تعمیرات کی کیٹگری میں ڈال دیا جاتا ہے تاکہ ذیادہ سے ذیادہ سکولز کو فائدہ پہنچایا جا سکے۔‬

Brief Introduction:

The Emergency Fund is a key initiative of TEI, that aims to provide financial support to schools in need
during emergencies. The program provides funds to schools facing unexpected situations such as natural
disasters, or other emergencies that disrupt the normal functioning of schools.

The main objective of the program is to ensure that schools can continue to provide quality education to
their students, even during times of crisis. The program targets schools in disadvantaged communities
that lack access to basic resources and are vulnerable to emergencies.

Through the program, we work closely with school administrators to identify their specific needs and
provide customized support that meets their unique requirements. We provide funds that can be used
for a variety of purposes, including repairing damaged infrastructure, purchasing essential learning
materials, and paying for teachers' salaries during emergencies.

In conclusion, the Emergency Fund is an integral part of our efforts to promote education and empower
communities through knowledge. It is a small step towards ensuring that schools have the resources
they need to provide quality education to their students, even during times of crisis. We will continue to

TORs (Terms of Reference):

Eligibility Criteria:

The school must be a registered educational institution and have a proven track record of
providing quality education to its students. The school must PEF Partner from 3 years and has PASS
status of 2 QATs conducted by Punjab Education Foundation.

3 ‫اس پروگرام سے فائدہ اُٹھانے کے لیئے سکول کا رجسٹرڈ تعلیمی ادارہ ہونا ضروری ہے۔یہ بھی ضروری ہے کہ سکول گزشتہ‬
‫ کیو اےٹی پا س کر رکھے ہوں ۔پیف کی طرف سے لیا گیا آخری کیو اے ٹی فیل ہونے کی صورت‬2 ‫سال سے پیف پارٹنر ہو اور‬
‫میں بھی سکول اس پروگرام کے تحت سہولت حاصل کرنے کے لیئے اہل ہے۔‬

Application Process

The school must submit an online application to TEI, which should include the following information:

1. Details of the emergency situation that has affected the school.

2. A detailed plan on how the funds will be utilized to support the recovery of the school.
3. The expected impact of the funds on the school and its students.
4. Contact information of the school and the person responsible for managing the funds.

‫کسی بھی ایمرجنسی کی صورت میں سکول کی طرف سے اوپر دیئے گئے پوائنٹس کے مطابق درخواست دینا ضروری ہے‬

Needs Assessment:

Our team will conduct an assessment of the school's needs to determine the amount of funds
required to support the recovery efforts. The needs assessment will take into consideration the
following factors:

1. The extent of damage caused by the emergency situation.

2. The number of students affected by the emergency situation.
3. The resources available to the school to support the recovery efforts.

‫نقصان کا تخمینہ لگانے اور ترجیع سیٹ کرنے کے لیئے ضلعی عہدیدار سکول کا وزٹ کرے گا اور آپ کی موجودہ‬
‫ کمرے اور دیگرموجود سہولیات چیک کرے گا۔‬، ‫انرولمنٹ‬

Funding Approval:

TEI Core committee will review the request and, if approved, will provide required learning aids
to the school to promote quality education.

‫کی کور کمیٹی درکار فنڈ‬TEI ‫سکول کی طرف سے دی گئی درخواست اور ضلعی عہدیدار کی رپوٹ کی روشنی میں‬
‫کے اجراء کی اجازت دے گی ۔‬

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Our team will conduct periodic monitoring visits to the school to ensure that the funds are being
utilized effectively and efficiently.
