Legal Structure: Partnership

Autocare Solution is structured as a general partnership, ensuring shared

responsibilities and decision-making among partners. The partnership allows for

flexibility in management and operations.

Profit and Loss Distribution:

Profits and losses are distributed based on the agreed-upon partnership agreement. In

Autocare Solution, the distribution is proportionate to each partner’s ownership

percentage. This ensures a fair allocation of financial outcomes in line with individual

contributions and investments

Oversees daily operations and business development.

Operations Partner:

3. Marketing and sale partner- Edgardo Calendacion.

Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education Major in Automotive Technology.

• Qualifications- National Certificate 2 in Driving and Electrical.

Responsibility: Develop and implement marketing plans, manage customer relations.

B. Source of financing the project

The initial capital of the business will be provided by its 13 proponents will be

provided by it. For the whole month the business required Php 70, 974. 00 to

support its expenses for the time being. Each proponent must contribute 5, 459

pesos each to accumulate the desire start- up cost.
