The various Block that are designed are:
Oldage Care Blocks: 4.5 Storied RCC Framed Structured with Block Area of each floor = 1540 sq.m. (3 blocks) consist of
all the residential units and amenities like family room, visitors’ room, galleries, treatment rooms and conference hall
(500 Capacity).Each block consists of 120 well designed residential units. A complex is formed centered around the
blocks, viz. Communal Plaza. A well ventilated, ramp accessed block has been designed to cater the need of the old-age
care blocks (Approximate Project Cost: NRs.806.00 Million).
Physically Disabled Care Block: 4.5 Storied RCC Framed Structured with Block Area of each floor = 1268 sq.m. (1 block)
consist of 84 residential units have been devised to house the physically disabled people housed in the single block.
This block consists of all the residential units and service functions like training workshops, gallery, and conference hall
(500 Capacity) (Approximate Project Cost: NRs.235.00 Million).
Medical Block: RCC Framed Structured 3 Storied Medical block with ground floor 507 sq.m. is the block designed to
cater the functional space for medical purpose. This block is further divided into general consulting and therapy
treatment service areas (Approx. Project Cost: NRs 44.50 Million).
Administration Block: Administration block with ground floor 850 sq.m, hold administrative works. It consists of
important office spaces with a 500 capacity multipurpose hall (Approximate Project Cost: NRs.65.0 Million).
Greenbelt Embankment: Greenbelt embankment is designed near the river to retain the overflown water into the
complex. Besides this old Kuldeveta Temple, Helipad, Amphitheatre, Parks etc are also designed.

apartment unit is 160 in 10 apartment blocks. The proposed space for the sports complex has an area 15 bigha with
football and cricket stadium. The football stadium can accommodate around 25,000 spectators while the cricket stadium
can house 15,000 viewers. The cricket stadium is with the covered hall.) .The total project cost is NPR 36.429 billion.
