Confession for Overcoming Fear, Worry, and Anxiety

Heavenly Father, I thank you for your love, provision, and protection over
my life and that of members of my family. I give you praise and adoration
because I know that it is not your will for me to be fearful or afraid. Your
word says I am as bold as a lion because I am a righteous man by the virtue
of the death of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. I refuse to fear any issue or
circumstance because I have not been given the spirit of fear but the spirit of
power and sound mind.

I do not need to fear because my God and my heavenly father, the creator of
heaven and the earth is always with me. You said in your word that you are
with me always, even unto the ends of the earth. You assured me in your
word that I should fear not, for you are with me. I cannot be intimidated
because you are my God. You strengthen me and help me. You support me
with your victorious right hand. Everyone who is angry with me will be
ashamed and disgraced. Those who oppose me will be reduced to nothing
and disappear. I will search for them, but I will not find them. Those who
are at war with me will be reduced to nothing and no longer exist. You, the
Lord my God, hold my right hand and said to me that I should fear not
because you will help me.

I refuse to worry or be anxious because you said in your word that I should
be anxious for nothing but in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving,
make my request known unto you. I cast all my cares on you, because you
care for me. I refuse to carry the burden anymore, because I cast them unto
your shoulder.

I fear no situation or circumstance because you are my protector and enabler.

You said in your word to me that I should fear not, because you have
redeemed me; you have called me by my name; I am yours. When I pass
through the waters, you will be with me; And through the rivers, they shall
not over flow me. When I walk through the fire, I shall not be burned, and
the flames shall not harm me. I shall not fear, because I know that though I
pass through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you are
with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me; you prepare a table
before me in the presence of my enemies.

I overcome every fearful situation and circumstances because God is my
refuge and my strength, ever present help in time of trouble. Therefore, will
I not fear, even though the earth is removed, and though the mountains be
carried into the midst of the sea, though its waters roar and be troubled,
though the mountains shake with its swelling. There is a river whose streams
shall make glad the city of God--the holy place of the tabernacle of the most
high. God is in the midst of her. She shall not be moved. God will help her
just at the nick of time.

Therefore, you spirit of fear locking in my memory, my mind, and my

emotion, anywhere you are along with your accompanying symptoms,
sickness, or disease, pack your bag, and get out in the name of Jesus! You
have no right to stay and operate in my body or my mind because Jesus
defeated your master the devil on the cross of Cavalry. Right now, I am
seated with Christ Jesus far above principalities, powers, and dominion. I
command you in the name of Jesus, loose your hold and get out of my mind
and my body in Jesus’ name.

Angels, ministering spirits, go and bring my confession to pass in the name

of Jesus. Amen.
