LAYOUT MENU

• 01 Bridal walkway in plain colors • Vendor for catering is confirmed:

• Seating: pavilion, outside area to accommodate 600-650 o Pass around, No Dinner, No buffet
guests
• Vendor for beverage service is confirmed
• Space between the seats need to be sufficient for the
service from the back

OTHER POINTS
• No metal to be visible in the design

• Avoid elements that are too modern

• If columns – to be made as one piece

• Avoid design that includes hanging pieces

• No digital screens, rather effect of shadows

• Theme must include pastel colors inspired by spring, avoid concrete or industrial style/finish

• Avoid silver serviceware (rather prefer white, transparent, pastel colors – to avoid dark colors)

• All areas need to be enclosed with AC and even flooring

• We require service team to fully support the event

• We require full set of serviceware, uniforms, furniture

• We require full audio / visual, technical support FOH & HOH areas
