NCR No: DAMAC (DESCRIPTION OF NON CONFORMITY )
001 A non-conformity has been observed that consultant's
documents are not in controlled documents and some of the
documents do not have approval of authorized person, Main
contractors' documents such as policy, procedures and HSE
Manuals are not reviewed and revalidated after 2018. Both
consultant and contractor should take action to revise and
revalidate the HSE Documents.
002 A non-conformity has been observed that Consultant does not
have HSE Procedures and system is in place. Consultant has to
take action to Develop & Communicate below documents-HSE
Objectives and targets, HSE Procedures.

003 A non-conformity has been observed that Contractor do not
have monitoring devices at site. Contractor must provide
monitoring devices with 3rd party calibration certificates
004 A non-conformity has been observed that eye wash station is

We have Updated Policy which will be regularly reviewed and revised. The
Existing one is Updated on DECC-IMS-Pal(Rev 02,4 June 2023, ISSUE
02),Our HSE Procedure and Manual are Found to be in line with our
Objectives and have been accepted by accreditation parties –LRQA ,
Therefore in absence of noncompliance acceptance criteria for this
NCR ,We can request you to cancel it and reverse to Project Audit records
in Relation to the Main Contractor part .
Not Related to the Main Contractor ,We here by assure you that Delta’s
HSE department functions complying to ISO International Standard
requirements ,and recently successfully completed ISO certification .
During the time of Inspection /Audit ,there are no equipment required on
site with calibration record since the project is in completion stage Kindly
in absence of Nonconformance acceptance criteria , we kindly request
you to withdraw/ cancel tis NCR from the Audit Records .
Eye wash solution is available at first aid room fulfilling relevant DM code
 not available at site. Contractor must provide eye wash station of Practice. Eye wash station is not required for the current manpower
at site. Hence The cited noncompliance is not relevant to ISO Standard Request
Hence DECC Object it. Kindly in absence of Nonconformance acceptance
criteria, we kindly request you to withdraw/ cancel tis NCR from the Audit
Records.
005 A non-conformity has been observed that contractor do not
have approved hazardous waste management procedure is in Construction Environmental Management Plan is in place/approved,
place. The contractor must be having a compliant procedure to Medical Waste –Refer to the attached documents
manage the Medical Waste generated from their First aid and
Procedure to dispose the food waste Generated.

Main contractors' documents such as policy, procedures and HSE Manuals are reviewed , and maintained all the IMS Documentation fulfilling ISO
international standard .The cited nonconformance is not relevant to ISO Internal Standard requirement as per ISO guidelines .
