Process after Resignation:

I hope this message finds you well. We acknowledge your decision to resign from your
current position, and we appreciate the contributions you've made during your tenure with
Hyperlink Infosystem.

In order to facilitate a smooth transition, please take note of the following steps and
guidelines:

1. Once you put the resignation from the HLIS EmPro system, you need to take follow
up from your TL to accept it from HLIS EmPro.

2. Follow up with HR will not help you to push the process ahead.

3. Once TL accepts your resignation, you will receive a system generated email where
your last date would be mentioned.

4. Your KT process will be started where you need to transfer knowledge of all the
projects you currently work on or past project to the employee suggested by TL in
HLIS EmPro.

5. Separate hours will be given for this KT process.

6. During the KT process, you need to upload some documents where flow of each
project and imp details of the projects need to be mentioned.

7. Once it is uploaded in the system, TL will approve your KT process.

8. If you take any leave during notice period, your Notice period will be extended by
working days or LOP will be deducted but the decision will purely be of
Management. An employee cannot decide whether he/she wants to extend the NP
or cut the pay.

9. You need to finish the tasks given to you by your TL during your notice period.

10. You need to contact our system admin two days before your reliving date for system
submission and according to his/her instructions, you need to submit the system to
our system admin.
11. Once your tasks are finished, KT is approved, system is submitted & any due
payment is paid then you can contact HR coordinator to release your exit letters.

12. All the exit letters can be collected physically from the office only. The company will
not provide any letter online in softcopy.

13. Reliving letter will be given on the same day or the next day subject to completion of
all the formalities mentioned above.

14. Experience letter & cheque will be given after 1 month of the reliving date. Notify the HR
coordinator five days in advance before coming to the office for collection of any document.
15. Save contact numbers of key individuals for future reference. HR may not provide
contact details of anyone once you've left; please avoid last-minute requests to get contact
details of anyone to any of the HRs.

16. Please follow all the rules to complete your exit formalities smoothly. If you have any
confusion, feel free to ask HR.
